Underhead Shield

Underhead shielding shows the capabilities of Silflex Premium Magnetic to shield on and around the reactor's many components. FME shield plugs are used to cap the pipes and hanging Silflex curtains shield around the dome. Installing in minutes, this underhead shield lowered dose rates by over 50% on a mix of Co-60, Co-58 and Cs-137.
